By registering and using the 625jl Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting to PAGCOR.

Once a self-exclusion is applied, any balance remaining in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their specified duration.
625jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonuses held in the account may be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to applicable AML checks.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 625jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 625jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
625jl's total aggregate liability to any User, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their 625jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
625jl does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access to the Platform without constituting a breach of these Terms.
625jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 625jl will provide reasonable advance notice to registered account holders via email to the registered email address or via an in-platform notification. For non-material amendments, the updated Terms will be posted on this page and will take effect upon posting.
Your continued use of the 625jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 625jl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through 625jl's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, specifically the appropriate courts of Metro Manila.
PAGCOR complaints: If you believe 625jl has violated its PAGCOR licensing obligations, you may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
